Description:

We’re looking for a skilled and strategic SEO Specialist to join our team and help improve our online visibility and rankings. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings. You’ll conduct keyword research and analyze competitors to identify growth opportunities and optimize website content. You’ll optimize on-page SEO elements, including content, meta tags, alt text, and internal linking to improve search rankings. You’ll monitor search engine algorithms and adapt strategies to ensure compliance with the latest best practices and updates. You’ll monitor and track SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush, making adjustments to improve results. You’ll conduct technical SEO audits, addressing issues like page load speed, mobile optimization, and crawlability. You’ll collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content, aligning keywords with content strategy and optimizing engagement. You’ll track search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies to maintain compliance and improve rankings.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support YouTube or e-commerce SEO when relevant—optimizing product pages, descriptions, or video metadata.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and user behavior via Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO reporting tools.
• Stay updated with algorithm changes and SEO trends to ensure strategies stay effective and compliant with Google’s guidelines.
• Automate routine SEO tasks where possible, using scripts or tools to save time and scale insights.
• Implement schema markup (structured data) to enhance rich snippets and improve search visibility.

Preferred:

• Stays updated with Google algorithm changes and evolving search trends.
• Knows how to optimize blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions based on search intent.
• Background or interest in digital marketing, content strategy, or web development.
• Comfortable managing SEO roadmaps and communicating progress to stakeholders.
• Familiar with technical SEO basics including site speed, crawlability, and mobile-friendliness.

You’ll assist with local SEO efforts to ensure the brand’s visibility in local search results and Google My Business.
