Description:

We’re hiring a creative and talented Motion Designer to join our team and craft visually compelling animations for various projects. You’ll be responsible for designing and animating high-quality motion graphics for videos, websites, social media, and marketing materials. You’ll work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and develop animations that align with brand aesthetics and messaging. You’ll use industry-standard tools like Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Blender to create dynamic, high-quality motion graphics. You’ll be involved in the entire creative process, from initial concept and storyboarding to final production and delivery. You’ll collaborate with video editors and other designers to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into various media projects. You’ll contribute to brainstorming sessions, providing creative input and new ideas for animation techniques and styles. You’ll explore new animation techniques and trends to keep content fresh, creative, and aligned with the latest design styles.

Basic Qualifications:

• Contribute to branded templates or reusable motion libraries for faster content creation at scale.
• Use tools like After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Blender, or Figma to craft smooth, high-quality animations.
• Manage and organize motion project files, keeping layers, comps, and assets clean and editable for team collaboration.
• Collaborate with creative teams, marketers, and video editors to bring static designs and concepts to life through animation.
• Understand storytelling flow, pacing, and emotion—motion isn’t just movement, it’s communication.

Preferred:

• Able to storyboard concepts and translate static visuals into dynamic animations.
• Has a portfolio showcasing a variety of animated styles and use cases.
• Understands how to render and export videos in proper formats and resolutions.
• Comfortable working with vector graphics, 2D assets, and layered compositions.
• Excited to create animations that engage, inform, and inspire.
