We’re looking for a Psychology / Coaching Trainee who’s passionate about human growth, mindset shifts, and helping people unlock their full potential — no experience needed, just empathy and a deep curiosity about how people think and grow. You’ll support personal development sessions by helping prepare materials, exercises, and coaching tools. We’ll teach you how to create safe, supportive spaces where clients feel heard, understood, and motivated. You’ll help structure sessions that focus on mindset shifts, confidence building, and emotional balance. Expect to collaborate with coaches and psychologists to co-create safe, judgment-free spaces for personal reflection. You’ll learn to create worksheets, weekly check-ins, and follow-up messages that encourage accountability. We’ll show you how to track client progress, document breakthroughs, and recognize subtle behavioral patterns. We’ll explain how to hold space — not by fixing, but by guiding people to their own insights. We’ll help you stay emotionally grounded while being present for others’ stories, struggles, and wins.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collect feedback after sessions to refine content and delivery.
• Create supportive materials like worksheets, meditations, or follow-up emails.
• Create personalized growth plans based on the client’s goals, struggles, and strengths.
• Celebrate small wins along the way—it helps clients stay motivated and proud.
• Build a safe, confidential space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

Preferred:

• Can tailor sessions to individual needs—career growth, stress management, confidence building, or relationship improvement.
• Able to work with individuals from diverse cultural or professional backgrounds.
• Knows how to adapt coaching models to both in-person and online settings.
• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Coach, Therapist, Program Director, or Motivational Speaker.
• Values growth, empathy, clarity, and transformation in human potential work.
