Description:

We’re offering a Web Designer Trainee position for someone who’s ready to turn sketches into scroll-stopping digital experiences — no experience required, just a creative mindset and a desire to grow. You’ll assist in designing landing pages, UI components, and layouts under the guidance of senior designers. We’ll teach you how to apply colors, typography, and imagery in ways that strengthen identity and boost usability. You’ll help turn ideas into wireframes and wireframes into polished UI designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Expect to collaborate with marketing teams, developers, and writers to bring campaigns and ideas to life visually. You’ll learn to think about both user needs and business goals when crafting every screen or interaction. We’ll guide you through mobile-first thinking, web accessibility, and how to keep users at the center of every decision. You’ll assist in refining navigation menus, content blocks, and page hierarchies for usability and clarity. You’ll also support the creation of visual assets, icons, and style elements for consistent brand presentation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ensure visual elements like typography, spacing, and color balance are clean and harmonious.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure your designs are implemented accurately and responsively.
• Refine designs based on feedback, testing, or performance data.
• Communicate clearly with remote or cross-functional teams about priorities and expectations.
• Support QA or dev teams during implementation to catch layout bugs early.

Preferred:

• Willing to design for CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow when needed.
• Background or interest in web design, UI/UX, graphic design, or digital product development.
• Familiar with basic HTML/CSS to communicate more effectively with developers.
• Able to create wireframes, UI mockups, and interactive prototypes that align with brand identity.
• Comfortable adapting designs for brand refreshes, campaign assets, or seasonal variations.

We’ll show you how to structure design files cleanly, export assets properly, and prepare for developer handoff.
