Description:

You’ll keep workflows tight, systems clean, and inventory in check without breaking a sweat. You’ll stay calm under pressure, especially when things get busy or a patient needs urgent care. You’ll never rush a question, never shrug off a concern, and never forget that health is deeply personal. You’ll help people navigate side effects, insurance confusion, and late-night questions with empathy and patience.

Basic Qualifications:

• Balance operational efficiency with compassionate care—making sure patients feel supported, not rushed.
• Administer vaccinations, such as flu or COVID-19, in accordance with licensing and state-level authorization where applicable.
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards when handling patient information or sensitive medication records.
• Provide accurate drug information and clinical insights to healthcare providers, patients, and team members.
• Report and document adverse drug reactions or medication errors according to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Preferred:

• Background in pharmacy, pharmacology, or pharmaceutical sciences.
• Can manage high-volume prescription environments without sacrificing care quality.
• Able to collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify prescriptions or recommend alternatives.
• Comfortable providing patient education regarding side effects, storage, and adherence.
• Can handle controlled substances responsibly in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
