From ideation to publishing, your job is to turn raw ideas (or raw footage) into high-impact, bite-sized videos that feel native to YouTube’s short-form feed. If you’ve got a knack for spotting trends early, remixing viral ideas, and turning raw footage into scroll-stopping videos, we want you. This role requires a mix of creativity, editing know-how, and platform-savvy instincts — if you know the difference between a viral moment and just a cool idea, you're who we want. Your workflow needs to be fast and flexible, because timing is everything in the world of Shorts. Basic Qualifications:

• Document best practices, lessons learned, and editing presets to build a scalable system.
• Manage video assets, B-roll libraries, and past Shorts for easy reuse or re-editing when needed.
• Engage with comments and community feedback to inform future content direction.
• Push creative limits with bold formats and storytelling that feel native to Shorts, not just mini YouTube videos.
• Lead occasional brainstorms with content teams to keep ideas flowing and formats fresh.

Preferred:

• Passionate about digital storytelling and growing audiences through short-form video.
• Strong understanding of the YouTube Shorts algorithm and best practices for visibility.
• Knows how to structure videos for replays, looping, and maximum engagement.
• Has basic motion graphics or captioning skills to enhance clarity and entertainment value.
