Description:

We’re hiring Paramedic Dispatcher Trainees — no experience required, just emotional strength, focus, and a desire to help when it matters most. You’ll learn how to operate advanced dispatch software, radio systems, GPS tracking, and real-time resource mapping. Each call you take will activate a chain of response — and you’ll be the one linking distress to action with precision. We’ll train you on how to quickly gather details, code the situation correctly, and deploy medical units without delay. Your job will be to send the right help, to the right place, at the right time — and make sure they have what they need. You’ll hear fear, pain, confusion — but your calm tone will be the first sign that help is coming. Your calm voice will become a lifeline for someone in crisis — and we’ll help you find strength in that responsibility. You’ll be the invisible lifeline between medics on the road and people in their worst moments. Basic Qualifications:

• Use dispatch software, radio systems, and maps to route ambulances efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with all caller and patient data.
• Participate in regular training on emergency response procedures and systems.
• Log all calls and actions accurately in the system for future reference and reporting.
• Stay informed on unit locations, road closures, and hospital capacity changes.

Preferred:

• Familiar with dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and radio communication protocols.
• Comfortable using multi-line phones, headsets, and real-time data systems.
• Background or interest in emergency services, healthcare, dispatch operations, or crisis communication.
• Capable of staying calm, focused, and empathetic under high-stress or life-threatening situations.
• Familiar with HIPAA guidelines and the importance of handling medical information confidentially.
