Basic Qualifications:
- Promote in-house services (e.g., spa, dining, room service) to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Coordinate room upgrades or loyalty perks for eligible guests and ensure preferences are noted for future stays.
- Assist in generating and reviewing shift reports, night audits, and occupancy stats when needed.
- Use booking platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb) and POS systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow dress code, grooming, and communication standards to reflect the hotel’s brand and values.
Preferred:
- Capable of handling confidential information and guest preferences with discretion.
- Willing to help with luggage assistance, wake-up calls, or other guest services.
- Capable of answering calls, responding to emails, and managing reservation inquiries.
- Can collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management for smooth operations.
- Familiar with local attractions, services, and amenities to assist with guest questions.
