Description:

We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager who knows how to keep things moving — fast, smooth, and with zero drama. You’ll take full ownership of after-hours operations, ensuring the warehouse runs smoothly while the rest of the world sleeps. You’ll lead with structure, delegate with clarity, and always keep your finger on the pulse of the floor. You’ll be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and performance management of warehouse personnel. You’ll monitor KPIs closely — including order accuracy, pick rate, dock-to-stock time, and inventory shrink. You’ll walk the floor not just to supervise, but to understand every process and improve it. You’ll coordinate with procurement, logistics, and transportation teams to maintain seamless operational flow. You’ll know the layout like the back of your hand and keep your team running like clockwork. You’ll maintain spotless logs, pass every audit, and keep shrinkage close to zero.

Basic Qualifications:

• Resolve operational issues such as damaged goods, shipping errors, or staff shortages with urgency and professionalism.
• Maintain morale and productivity by fostering a positive, respectful, and goal-oriented team culture.
• Coordinate closely with e-commerce or retail systems to sync inventory data and minimize stockouts or overselling.
• Respond to incidents such as equipment breakdowns, spills, or injuries with appropriate emergency procedures and documentation.
• Support warehouse software rollouts or upgrades by training staff and ensuring data integrity throughout transitions.

Preferred:

• Able to handle returns, damaged goods, and restocking procedures efficiently.
• Organized with digital recordkeeping, documentation, and vendor communication.
• Can manage labor budgets, shift planning, and productivity forecasts.
• Wants to grow into roles like Operations Director, Supply Chain Manager, or Logistics Lead.
• Able to assess and maintain equipment like forklifts, pallets, and racking systems.
