Description:

We’re hiring a Junior Data Analyst (Remote) who’s curious, detail-oriented, and ready to turn raw numbers into real insights. You’ll help us make smarter business decisions by organizing raw data, spotting trends, and turning numbers into clear, actionable insights. You don’t need to be an expert yet, but you should feel comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets, and ideally have some experience with SQL or data visualization tools. You don’t need to have all the answers — but you should be eager to explore, test assumptions, and learn from both successes and mistakes. You’ll assist in creating recurring reports, troubleshooting anomalies, and maintaining data accuracy across dashboards and internal tools. You’ll collaborate with experienced data professionals who will guide you while still giving you room to take ownership of small projects.

Basic Qualifications:

• Assist in building slide decks or presentations to summarize key insights for stakeholders.
• Help maintain data pipelines and flag any inconsistencies or missing values you encounter.
• Ask questions when you're unsure—you're not expected to know everything, just to learn fast and stay curious.
• Support senior analysts by preparing reports, dashboards, and visualizations that help teams make data-driven decisions.
• Work with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or Looker to create easy-to-read data summaries.

Preferred:

• Pays close attention to details and double-checks their work before submitting.
• Experience using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus.
• Knows how to document findings, create visuals, and present insights clearly in slides or documents.
• Organized and methodical when handling multiple data sets or requests.
• Keeps up with trends in BI tools, data automation, and industry use cases.
