We’re hiring an HR Specialist (Recruiter) Trainee who’s passionate about people, curious about what makes a great team, and ready to learn the mechanics of smart hiring — no experience needed, just motivation and a people-first mindset. No experience needed — just strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn how hiring really works. You’ll help support the recruitment process by posting jobs, organizing applications, and scheduling interviews. You’ll help schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure a smooth experience from first contact to final offer. You’ll sit in on interviews and learn how to evaluate both hard skills and cultural fit. We’ll show you how to build talent pools, keep notes organized, and track candidate stages with precision. We’ll guide you in writing outreach messages, follow-ups, and rejections with professionalism and empathy. You’ll help maintain databases, update candidate statuses, and keep hiring pipelines organized and moving. You’ll learn how to balance speed and quality, meeting hiring goals without sacrificing candidate fit.

Basic Qualifications:

• Conduct initial interviews and guide candidates through the pipeline with professionalism and empathy.
• Prepare hiring reports and provide data-driven insights to improve recruitment strategies.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws, hiring regulations, and internal HR policies.
• Keep an eye on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, or creative outreach.

Preferred:

• Familiar with ATS platforms like Lever, Greenhouse, or Workable for tracking candidates and job postings.
• Can manage multiple open roles at once, prioritizing by urgency and business needs.
• Familiar with measuring key recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, offer-acceptance rate, and candidate satisfaction.
• Comfortable screening resumes, conducting phone screens, and evaluating candidate fit.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
