Description:

We’re looking for a Sports Coach who leads with purpose, energy, and heart — someone who inspires athletes to grow both on and off the field. You’ll provide one-on-one or small-group coaching focused on technique, mindset, and measurable progress. You’ll design practices that balance fun with focus, encouraging consistent improvement through repetition and play. You’ll organize practices that are efficient, purposeful, and tailored to both team and individual growth. You’ll be responsible for fostering discipline, focus, and accountability in individuals and teams. You’ll build trust through honest feedback, consistency, and the ability to push your athletes when they need it most. You’ll guide athletes through goal-setting, tracking progress, and learning from setbacks. You’ll communicate clearly, listen actively, and know when to step in — or step back — to let progress unfold. You’ll monitor progress, adjust programs, and help athletes set and achieve personal performance goals.

Basic Qualifications:

• Develop game strategies, plays, or techniques based on opponents and competition goals.
• Analyze performance during practices and competitions to provide personalized feedback.
• Balance competitiveness with personal development—winning matters, but growth lasts longer.
• Lead by example in attitude, professionalism, and dedication—your energy sets the tone.
• Ensure safety by teaching proper technique, monitoring fatigue, and addressing injuries quickly.

Preferred:

• Wants to grow into roles like Head Coach, Athletic Director, or Performance Trainer.
• Organized with team rosters, attendance, equipment, and tournament or game logistics.
• Certified in coaching, physical education, or athletic training, or willing to obtain certification if required.
• Able to create structured practice plans that focus on skill development, conditioning, and teamwork.
• Background or passion in sports science, education, kinesiology, or competitive athletics.
