Description:
We’re looking for a Reception Manager who doesn’t just greet people — you make them feel like they’ve come to the right place. You’ll lead the front-of-house team with energy, warmth, and unwavering attention to detail. Your presence makes visitors feel like they’ve walked into somewhere professional, calm, and cared for. You’ll manage a team of receptionists and ensure the front-of-house runs like a well-oiled machine. With you at the helm, the reception area becomes more than a waiting space — it becomes a statement of who we are. You’ll schedule staff, monitor performance, and step in when needed to make sure everything runs smoothly. No request is too small or too unusual — your mindset is “How can I help? ” and you mean it. You’ll maintain immaculate standards in presentation, timing, and service — and your team will follow your lead.
Basic Qualifications:
- Maintain a calm, approachable demeanor even during high-volume periods or unexpected disruptions.
- Help onboard new employees by issuing access credentials, preparing welcome materials, and guiding them through the workspace.
- Support company events, guest visits, or VIP appointments by coordinating logistics and communicating with relevant teams.
- Resolve any customer service issues with professionalism, empathy, and discretion—de-escalating situations when necessary.
- Monitor phone etiquette, dress code, and professionalism among front desk team members to uphold brand standards.
Preferred:
- Open to supporting internal events, meetings, and team logistics if needed.
- Enjoys creating a welcoming, smooth experience for guests, clients, and staff alike.
- Organized and detail-oriented when managing calendars, room bookings, and daily operations.
- Comfortable handling check-ins, inquiries, and escalating urgent matters to the appropriate department.
