Description:

We’re looking for a Remote CRM Specialist who knows how to turn messy data into smooth, actionable insights. You’ll be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and improving our CRM system so our teams can move faster and smarter. Your mission is to keep our sales and support teams informed, aligned, and running like clockwork. You’ll ensure our sales and marketing funnels are fully aligned and flowing without friction. You’ll clean messy data, merge duplicates, and establish naming conventions that make sense for everyone. You know how to translate business goals into workflows, filters, and reports that actually make sense. You know the difference between a lead and a qualified opportunity — and how to guide each through the system. You’ll help define what “qualified lead” means and how we track that in a measurable, repeatable way. You’ll monitor the health of our CRM daily — spotting bad data, broken automations, and missed opportunities before they cost us.

Basic Qualifications:

• Pull reports and dashboards for leadership teams on sales performance, customer retention, and engagement trends.
• Track lifecycle journeys and suggest ways to improve customer experience based on engagement data.
• Assist in planning and executing CRM-driven campaigns, including email sequences, follow-ups, and lifecycle nurturing.
• Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system (like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho) to ensure accurate, organized, and up-to-date customer data.
• Segment leads and customers based on behavior, demographics, or lifecycle stage to support personalized outreach and campaigns.

Preferred:

• Background or interest in sales ops, marketing automation, data analysis, or RevOps.
• Loves being the behind-the-scenes builder who keeps everything running smoothly.
• Curious about user behavior and how to improve lifecycle and retention using CRM tools.
• Comfortable importing, cleaning, and organizing large datasets within a CRM.
• Can set up and optimize workflows, email sequences, and lead scoring systems.
