We’re offering an opportunity to become a Firefighter Trainee — no experience required, only heart, grit, and the will to help others when it matters most. You’ll begin with physical training and basic drills — learning how to move in gear, follow orders, and stay calm under pressure. We’ll train you in the fundamentals: how to handle gear, enter burning buildings safely, and communicate clearly in high-stress situations. We’ll prepare you to face the heat, climb through smoke, and rescue those trapped or injured — calmly, precisely, and bravely. You’ll learn fire science, emergency response, basic medical care, and how to use every tool with confidence and care. You’ll be surrounded by teammates who know what it means to trust, depend on, and fight for one another. You’ll carry weight — not just equipment, but the weight of responsibility, of urgency, of being needed. You’ll be trained to run toward what others run from — because that’s what service demands. Basic Qualifications:

• Write detailed reports after incidents to document actions and findings.
• Stay current with CPR certification, first responder protocols, and ongoing education.
• Stay physically fit and mentally prepared for high-risk, unpredictable scenarios.
• Stay updated on new fire codes, procedures, and emergency medical practices.
• Stand by at events where large crowds or fire risks are present.

Preferred:

• Willing to work 24-hour shifts, nights, holidays, and weekends as part of a rotation.
• Able to follow strict safety procedures and maintain discipline in dangerous environments.
• Pays attention to fire prevention protocols and community safety education.
• Values teamwork, bravery, and quick thinking in life-or-death situations.
• Prepared to support search and rescue operations, vehicle extractions, or medical emergencies.
