We’re searching for a TikTok Content Creator who’s obsessed with the platform. This isn’t just about scrolling — we need someone who can tap into what makes things go viral and jump on trends as they emerge. You’ll be crafting engaging, high-energy content, filming, editing, and maybe even scripting a little, all while obsessing over view counts. If your camera roll is filled with videos that never made it to TikTok, we want to see those. The goal is not perfection — it’s authenticity, creativity, and speed. You’ll script out ideas, shoot content (even with just your phone), and edit it with a flair for timing and trends.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate with the rest of the team to brainstorm ideas, share feedback, and keep the energy high.
• Film yourself or others in interesting locations or setups that match the vibe of the content.
• Test different posting times, hooks, and video structures to see what performs best.
• Engage with comments, stitch trending videos, and interact with the TikTok community to grow organically.
• Edit footage with snappy cuts, music, filters, and captions to keep viewers watching to the end.

Preferred:

• Understanding how trends evolve and when to jump on them for maximum visibility.
• Knows how to adapt content formats (e.g., vlogs, skits, listicles) to TikTok style.
