Description:

We’re hiring a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee the movement of goods and materials within our supply chain. You’ll be responsible for coordinating shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and managing inventory levels to meet demand. Every day, you’ll coordinate shipments, confirm deliveries, and resolve delays like a pro. You’ll update records, handle logistics software, and make sure everything stays accurate and current. You’ll assist in managing shipping schedules, working with third-party providers to ensure that all orders are fulfilled within the agreed timeframe. You thrive under pressure and handle last-minute changes with a calm, solutions-first mindset. You’ll review logistics costs and suggest improvements, looking for ways to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. You’ll ensure that all deliveries meet safety standards and comply with regulations, making sure no delays or penalties occur. You’ll maintain accurate records of logistics operations, including shipment receipts, tracking information, and inventory updates.

Basic Qualifications:

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts to avoid shortages or overstocking in warehouses or retail locations.
• Verify that shipments are correctly labeled, packaged, and documented to minimize risk and comply with destination requirements.
• Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations accurately and on time.
• Ultimately, keep the supply chain flowing efficiently—so the right products reach the right place, at the right time, every time.
• Maintain records of shipping data, delivery confirmations, and carrier performance for analysis and auditing.

Preferred:

• Knows how to optimize shipping routes, carriers, or vendors based on cost and timing.
• Able to communicate clearly with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Can suggest process improvements to reduce delays, errors, or inefficiencies in fulfillment.
• Willing to update reports, dashboards, or shipment records on a daily or weekly basis.
• Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and third-party partners.
