Description:

We’re looking for a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our remote team and help create visually stunning designs for our brand. You’ll be responsible for creating innovative and engaging designs for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and print materials. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to develop graphics for websites, email campaigns, and online ads that engage and inform our audience. You’ll develop graphics that resonate with our target audience, driving engagement and reinforcing our brand values. You’ll produce designs that engage and captivate audiences, ensuring a strong visual presence across multiple channels. You’ll be involved in brainstorming sessions, contributing your creative ideas and providing design solutions for projects. You’ll assist in creating wireframes and prototypes for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability and design functionality. You’ll stay current with design trends and continuously apply best practices to improve the quality of your work.

Basic Qualifications:

• Balance creativity and functionality—your designs should not only look good but also serve a clear purpose.
• Use tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or Canva depending on project scope.
• Participate in reviews, give constructive feedback to peers, and receive critiques with openness and curiosity.
• Help build out templates or reusable layouts to make future content creation faster and more scalable.
• Design everything from Instagram posts to pitch decks, website banners, brochures, and icons with attention to detail and consistency.

Preferred:

• Pays attention to visual hierarchy, spacing, and consistency in all assets.
• Understands principles of layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Can design for multiple formats: static, animated, digital, and physical.
• Background or interest in visual communication, branding, or digital media.
• Can confidently present design ideas and explain decisions to non-designers.

You’ll contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and provide design feedback to enhance overall project execution.
