Description:

We’re hiring an Industrial Electrician to install and maintain electrical systems in factories, plants, and large-scale facilities — ideal for someone who thrives in technical environments and values precision and safety. You’ll perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs in offices, retail centers, schools, hotels, and multi-use properties. You’ll read and interpret industrial blueprints, electrical schematics, PLC diagrams, and system layouts to perform your work accurately. You’ll be on-call for shifts that may include nights, weekends, or holidays, depending on rotation and client contracts. You’ll inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment such as transformers, switchgear, pumps, compressors, and control panels. You’ll troubleshoot issues in real time — whether it’s a short circuit, overloaded line, or unexpected power loss. You’ll interact with homeowners directly, explaining your work and offering helpful advice on usage, safety, or energy savings. You’ll work both indoors and outdoors, sometimes in tight spaces, crawl areas, attics, or at height. You’ll coordinate with general contractors, HVAC techs, and plumbers on site to ensure smooth cross-trade workflow.

Basic Qualifications:

• Use power tools and hand tools with precision to cut, strip, and terminate wires cleanly.
• Ensure all work complies with national and local electrical codes and safety standards.
• Understand and install energy-efficient systems such as LED lighting or solar components.
• Prepare job estimates, material lists, or reports for supervisors or clients.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using testing equipment like multimeters and circuit tracers.

Preferred:

• Licensed or certified electrician with knowledge of local electrical codes and safety standards.
• Wants to grow into roles like Master Electrician, Electrical Foreman, or Electrical Engineer.
• Able to identify and resolve electrical faults, overloads, and wiring issues efficiently and safely.
• Pays attention to neatness, durability, and code compliance in every wiring job.
• Thrives in hands-on, high-responsibility environments where attention to detail is essential.

You’ll be trained to read panel schedules, wiring diagrams, and site maps for multi-story or multi-tenant setups. You’ll maintain detailed job logs, including materials used, hours worked, and issues found during service calls. You’ll rotate through different types of calls — from blown service panels to elevator shutdowns to flooded basements. You’ll be expected to bring strong problem-solving skills and excellent customer service to every appointment. You’ll work independently or in teams, coordinating with contractors, inspectors, and other trades on site.
