We’re hiring a Remote CRM Specialist who understands that the heart of a business is in how it manages its relationships. You’ll be the go-to person for managing our customer relationship management system, ensuring it's clean, organized, and up-to-date. You’ll structure pipelines, tag behaviors, and make sure leads don’t fall through the cracks. You’ll work cross-functionally to support sales campaigns, automate follow-ups, and generate reports that actually matter. If you love diving into systems and streamlining processes, you’ll feel right at home here. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and support to ensure the CRM reflects real-time customer journeys. You’ll build and maintain data pipelines, segment audiences, and optimize lead flows with precision. Basic Qualifications:

• Support marketing efforts by managing contact lists, tags, and segmentation for email and ad campaigns.
• Coordinate with developers or external tools when custom CRM integrations are required (e.g., connecting with Stripe, Calendly, Intercom).
• Customize fields, pipelines, and views to reflect the company’s evolving needs and business logic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set up and manage dashboards, reports, and KPIs that track customer engagement and performance.
• Ensure data consistency by regularly auditing entries, merging duplicates, and flagging incomplete or suspicious records.

Preferred:

• Able to troubleshoot CRM issues and provide user support or documentation.
• Pays close attention to detail when updating records and tracking customer interactions.
• Comfortable collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams remotely.
• Curious about user behavior and how to improve lifecycle and retention using CRM tools.
• Excited to grow into roles like CRM Manager, Marketing Ops, or Revenue Operations Specialist.
