Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Figma Designer to join our team and help create exceptional user interfaces for digital products. You’ll be responsible for crafting wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma to bring design concepts to life. You’ll collaborate closely with product teams, developers, and other designers to ensure the design vision is effectively executed. You’ll ensure that designs are on-brand, intuitive, and aligned with the project’s objectives and goals. You’ll design scalable design systems, components, and layouts to ensure consistency across all projects. You’ll manage and organize Figma files, ensuring that they are easily accessible and well-documented for collaboration across teams. You’ll work with developers to ensure that your designs are implemented accurately and efficiently. You’ll ensure that all your designs are responsive, accessible, and adaptable to different devices, including desktop and mobile.

Basic Qualifications:

• Create and manage shared libraries of components, color tokens, typography scales, and other design assets across projects or brands.
• Design modern, user-friendly interfaces directly in Figma for web and mobile applications—using components, auto layout, and design systems effectively.
• Clean up unused frames, outdated components, and clutter from files to keep the workspace lightweight and focused.
• Design UI for dashboards, forms, mobile apps, marketing pages, or entire product flows depending on project scope.
• Use Figma features like variants, interactive components, and constraints to build scalable, responsive designs.

Preferred:

• Proficient in Figma with experience designing user interfaces, prototypes, and design systems.
• Stays updated with the latest Figma features, community plugins, and UI trends.
• Open to design critiques and capable of explaining rationale behind UI decisions.
• Can create design documentation, style guides, or visual specs within Figma.
• Knows how to follow and contribute to brand guidelines or design systems.

This remote role offers flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to impactful design projects.
