Description:

We’re looking for a motivated Security System Installer Trainee — someone who’s good with their hands, eager to learn, and ready to enter the world of smart protection. You’ll learn how to install, wire, and configure security systems like cameras, motion detectors, and alarms step by step. We’ll start you with the basics: how to use tools safely, run cable through walls, and follow installation diagrams. We’ll teach you how to install motion sensors, door contacts, surveillance cameras, and smart locks step by step. We’ll show you how to handle drills, ladders, testers, and other tools with care and precision. You’ll work side by side with experienced installers who will walk you through how alarm panels, sensors, and cameras work together. Expect to learn how to route cables cleanly, avoid signal interference, and connect systems safely to power and networks. You’ll be part of real-world installs in homes, stores, and offices, seeing how we turn plans into protection. Each day will build your technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and confidence working with your hands.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work with team members or independently, depending on the job size.
• Document all work done, including diagrams, serial numbers, and configurations.
• Test all installed equipment to make sure it's working correctly and reliably.
• Troubleshoot issues on-site and make quick adjustments as needed.
• Stay calm and patient with clients who may not be tech-savvy.

Preferred:

• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Installer, Field Supervisor, or Security Consultant.
• Follows safety standards, local regulations, and manufacturer specifications during all installations.
• Values precision, reliability, and trust in providing systems that protect homes and businesses.
• Understands data privacy concerns and ensures client systems are installed securely and ethically.
• Can perform walk-throughs with clients to demonstrate how to use their new systems.
