Description:

We’re hiring a Flight Dispatcher who understands that in aviation, precision isn’t optional — it’s everything. You’ll be responsible for building detailed flight plans that account for weather, fuel, payload, and air traffic. From departure to arrival, you’ll plan every flight like a carefully constructed puzzle — and adjust it on the fly when conditions change. You’ll study weather charts, NOTAMs, airspace restrictions, and traffic patterns like a detective with a deadline. When conditions change, you’ll adapt fast — rerouting, recalculating, and communicating without hesitation. You’ll speak the language of airspace, time zones, and weather systems with ease and urgency. You’ll collaborate with pilots, ATC, ramp crews, and operations staff, creating a seamless flow of information and action. You’ll brief pilots, sync with ATC, and coordinate with crew operations — making complex logistics look effortless. You’ll calculate fuel loads, alternate airports, and payload weights down to the decimal — because there’s no room for “almost right. You’ll communicate clearly with pilots, crew, air traffic control, and operations teams — no guesswork, no delay.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Stay informed about geopolitical risks, NOTAM updates, runway closures, and international aviation alerts.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in dispatch regulations, systems, and procedures through continuous training and certification.
  • Collaborate closely with pilots to ensure mutual agreement on flight routes, alternates, and safety considerations before departure.
  • Work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays in 24/7 operations centers.
  • Participate in regular safety briefings, incident reviews, and operational audits to uphold quality and compliance.

Preferred:

  • Interested in improving dispatch efficiency, minimizing disruptions, and supporting punctual departures.
  • Wants to grow into roles like OCC Supervisor, Senior Dispatcher, or Flight Operations Manager.
  • Can analyze NOTAMs, METARs, and TAFs to ensure safe and compliant dispatching decisions.
  • Knowledge of flight planning procedures, airspace restrictions, and weather interpretation.
  • Able to communicate clearly and professionally via radio, phone, or digital channels.

Benefits:

  • We respect your focus, your alertness, and your role in keeping lives safe above the clouds.
  • We provide ongoing certification, simulator training, and compliance updates — safety is a shared priority.
  • We trust dispatchers — if you say ground delay or route change, you’re taken seriously.
  • You’ll be recognized for your ability to stay cool in high-stakes moments — and that skill grows every day.
  • You're not “just in operations” — you’re part of the safety chain, and the airline runs because of people like you.

You’re a master of systems, but never reliant on them — your instincts and training guide you first. You’ll operate under pressure that’s invisible to most, but real to you — and you’ll thrive in it. From pre-flight briefings to real-time adjustments, you’ll be a critical part of each flight’s success. m. during a storm. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where timing, clarity, and decisiveness are critical skills. You’ll help others fly with confidence — knowing someone sharp, steady, and ready is guiding from the ground. This role isn’t glamorous — but for those who love aviation deeply, it’s as vital as the aircraft itself. Aviation is timing, teamwork, and trust — and as a Flight Dispatcher, you’ll be at the center of it all.
