Description:

We’re hiring a Manicurist Trainee who’s passionate about beauty, detail, and helping clients feel confident through high-quality nail care. You’ll start by learning how to prep natural nails properly for long-lasting extensions and designs. You’ll assist in basic manicures — soaking, trimming, filing, and buffing nails with precision and care. You’ll be trained to apply polish evenly, perform gentle hand massages, and build confidence in working with real clients. You’ll help apply breathable, chemical-free polishes with precision and a focus on nail health over harsh trends. You’ll learn how to shape nails to different styles — oval, almond, square — while maintaining balance and symmetry. You’ll be introduced to gel, shellac, and dip powder systems and how to safely prep and cure each type. You’ll observe how to work with small brushes, dotting tools, and magnets to create high-impact looks. You’ll help manage schedules, confirm bookings, and adjust time slots based on traffic or last-minute changes.

Basic Qualifications:

• Deliver consistent, high-quality service that makes clients feel confident and pampered.
• Use electric files, UV lamps, and other equipment properly and safely.
• Recommend nail treatments, colors, or styles based on client needs and current trends.
• Recognize and advise on signs of nail or skin conditions that may require medical attention.
• Be flexible and adapt to different nail lengths, shapes, and client style requests.

• Willing to offer nail health advice and recommend aftercare or products for strengthening and maintenance.
