We’re on the hunt for a WordPress Assistant who’s part tech-savvy problem solver, part content perfectionist. You’re the type who enjoys the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a website running smoothly — whether it’s updating pages, formatting blog posts, managing menus, or troubleshooting layout quirks. You’ve probably used Elementor, Gutenberg, or other page builders, and you know how to make edits without breaking the design. You don’t need to be a developer, but you’ve got a working knowledge of HTML/CSS and can confidently tweak a widget or fix a layout glitch when needed. You know what makes a site easy to use — smooth navigation, optimized images, clear headings — and you make sure everything is polished before it goes live. Maybe you’ve optimized a few pages for SEO, resized a lot of images, or even cleaned up a theme that had way too many unnecessary features.

Basic Qualifications:

• Troubleshoot layout issues, plugin conflicts, or broken links and fix them efficiently without causing downtime.
• Help configure basic plugins (contact forms, analytics, caching, etc.) and test functionality before go-live.
• Use staging environments to test updates or new features before applying them to production.
• Support eCommerce setups (WooCommerce) by managing products, inventory, or simple plugin settings.
• Monitor site speed and help implement optimizations like lazy loading, minified assets, and caching strategies.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with popular page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
• Background or strong interest in web design, digital marketing, or content management.
• Can handle light design tweaks using themes and theme customizers.
• Knows how to search documentation or community forums to solve common WordPress issues.
• Able to maintain brand consistency when uploading or editing visual assets.
