We’re hiring a Kindergarten Teacher Trainee to support children with special needs — no prior experience required, just a big heart and a willingness to learn. You’ll be part of a compassionate team that believes every child deserves patience, respect, and the chance to grow at their own pace. We’ll train you step by step — from classroom routines to child safety and early childhood learning basics. You’ll assist lead teachers in creating a structured, supportive environment where children feel safe to explore and learn. We’ll guide you in how to redirect gently, encourage cooperation, and support children as they learn to express big feelings in small bodies. You’ll discover how valuable sensory play, imagination, and free choice are in helping young minds grow confidently. Basic Qualifications:

• Ensure all activities meet health, safety, and learning standards.
• Encourage creativity through storytelling, music, drawing, and imaginative play.

• Thrives in playful, hands-on environments that shape lifelong learning foundations.
• Familiar with age-appropriate teaching methods that support emotional, social, and cognitive development.
• Willing to attend trainings, workshops, or staff meetings to support professional growth.
• Background or formal education in early childhood education, child psychology, or pedagogy.
• Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and fellow educators effectively.
