Description:

We’re seeking an Interior Designer who can bring spaces to life through thoughtful planning, cohesive aesthetics, and a deep understanding of how people experience environments — from the ground up. You’ll take full ownership of interior projects from concept to completion, collaborating with clients to understand needs, preferences, and goals. We expect you to translate abstract ideas into practical layouts, spatial logic, and visually balanced interiors. We expect you to translate client visions into cohesive, original design concepts that reflect personality and purpose. You’ll collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to align your vision with building constraints and timelines. We’ll rely on you to manage timelines, suppliers, budgets, and contractors while maintaining creative integrity. You’ll be on-site during key phases to guide execution, solve design challenges, and protect the original vision. You’ll be present on-site for walkthroughs, installations, and those final finishing touches that complete the atmosphere. You’ll help define visual standards for spatial branding and contribute to systems that scale across locations or product lines.

Basic Qualifications:

• Adapt layouts and plans based on space constraints, regulations, and client feedback.
• Source unique or custom furnishings and finishes that elevate the space.
• Handle revisions with grace, ensuring changes don’t compromise the overall vision.
• Take detailed measurements and assess the spatial potential of residential or commercial interiors.
• Attend site visits regularly to check progress and troubleshoot issues early.

Preferred:

• Background or strong passion in interior design, architecture, spatial planning, or environmental design.
• Able to work with high-end or budget-conscious projects while maintaining design integrity.
• Capable of adjusting concepts to accommodate lighting conditions, spatial constraints, or structural challenges.
• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Interior Designer, Project Lead, or Creative Director.
• Experience designing residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors with attention to both aesthetics and functionality.
