We’re hiring a Newsletter Copywriter who knows how to turn an email into a moment — not just a message. You know how to make a subject line pop without sounding spammy, and how to carry that momentum into thoughtful, brand-aligned copy that feels personal — not promotional. Whether it’s a product update, weekly digest, campaign launch, or just a casual check-in, you know how to strike the right tone and guide the reader from line one to CTA. In this role, you'll craft everything from weekly newsletters to product announcements, editorial roundups, drip sequences, and customer updates, always with a tone that feels warm, confident, and human. You’ll collaborate with design and marketing teams to align visuals and messaging, ensuring each send feels intentional and on-brand. You’re someone who understands how to build anticipation, create urgency without pressure, and write CTAs that convert without sounding like a sales pitch.
Basic Qualifications:
- Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices, spam compliance, and formatting standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align newsletter content with campaigns, launches, or seasonal moments.
- Adapt tone and structure depending on audience type—B2B, B2C, warm leads, or loyal subscribers.
- Personalize newsletters when possible using segmentation, customer behavior, or product interactions.
- Be the voice readers recognize—and look forward to hearing from—in their inbox each week.
Preferred:
- Comfortable A/B testing subject lines or content to see what performs best.
- Knows how to repurpose blog or social content into concise email formats.
- Understands tone, voice, and how to adapt messaging to different audiences.
- Can write for both B2B and B2C audiences depending on campaign goals.
- Familiar with email marketing metrics like open rate, CTR, and unsubscribe rate.
