Description:

We’re looking for a Fashion Designer who sees clothing as both design and dialogue — someone who brings concept, culture, and construction together in bold, intentional ways. You’ll design seasonal collections that reflect the brand’s DNA while introducing new silhouettes, textures, and moods. You’ll sketch original concepts and translate them into technical drawings that guide development with precision and clarity. You’ll collaborate with product developers, sourcing managers, and garment technicians to ensure your designs balance beauty and practicality. We expect you to work closely with pattern makers and sample developers to explore structure, movement, and technical possibilities. You’ll select fabrics, trims, colors, and details that elevate function, movement, and emotional impact. Your process should balance innovation and discipline — knowing when to push and when to pare back. We expect you to be hands-on with samples, agile in problem solving, and fluent in balancing creativity with feasibility. We’ll rely on your taste, intuition, and awareness of form, drape, and silhouette in both sketch and sample.

Basic Qualifications:

• Participate in fittings, adjust silhouettes, and finalize cuts to achieve the perfect fit and drape.
• Revise and refine collections based on feedback, samples, and wearability testing.
• Attend trade shows, supplier meetings, or fabric markets to source materials and spark inspiration.
• Contribute to fittings, photoshoots, or backstage prep on tight schedules and high-pressure days.
• Take ownership of your creative voice while being open to feedback from the team.

Preferred:

• Proficient in fashion design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CLO 3D for creating sketches and technical flats.
• Comfortable presenting concepts to creative directors, buyers, or marketing teams.
• Familiar with pattern-making, draping, and garment construction techniques.
• Background or strong passion in fashion design, garment technology, or visual arts.
• Can adapt designs based on feedback, trend forecasts, or customer data insights.

You’ll work with merchandising and e-commerce teams to ensure your pieces are not only beautiful, but well-positioned to sell. Proficiency in digital design tools (like Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D, or Gerber) is expected, but so is an instinct for physical materiality.
