Description:

We’re hiring a Photographer / Videographer Trainee to help capture live events — from weddings and ceremonies to brand launches and behind-the-scenes moments — no experience needed, just focus and passion. You’ll assist in planning and shooting real-world content — product photos, brand reels, behind-the-scenes clips, interviews, and lifestyle visuals. We’ll teach you how to frame shots quickly, shoot in changing light, and capture authentic details that bring locations to life. You’ll work with minimal gear — natural light, soft microphones, handheld cameras — to find beauty in simplicity. You’ll help set up gear, frame wide and close angles, manage batteries, card backups, and stay alert in fast-changing situations. You’ll learn how to set emotional tone through music, pacing, and angle — not fast cuts or loud effects. We’ll guide you in capturing ambient details, layering space, and creating rhythm in your footage that feels human and poetic. You’ll assist with organizing footage, backing up files, and keeping shoots efficient and professional. You’ll learn to combine raw footage with overlay shots, visual metaphors, and subtle transitions to create emotion, not just information.

Basic Qualifications:

• Deliver assets in various formats and resolutions depending on platform (web, print, social).
• Capture both staged and candid moments, depending on project requirements.
• Color-correct, sound-balance, and add motion or graphic elements when needed.
• Organize and back up raw and edited media to prevent data loss and keep workflows clean.
• Scout and prepare locations, ensuring lighting, space, and sound are appropriate.

Preferred:

• Able to shoot portraits, events, products, or lifestyle content depending on project needs.
• Pays close attention to visual consistency, sharpness, and storytelling in all media.
• Able to deliver final media in appropriate formats and aspect ratios for social media, web, or print.
• Familiar with editing tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Values creativity, punctuality, and technical precision in every project.
