Description:
We’re searching for a Flight Attendant Trainee who’s excited to turn a love for people and travel into a meaningful, high-altitude career — no experience needed, just kindness, adaptability, and a desire to grow. You’ll learn how to greet passengers, manage boarding procedures, and create a welcoming atmosphere on every flight. We’ll train you in aviation safety, first aid, and how to respond to in-flight emergencies with professionalism and care. You’ll assist with passenger seating, overhead storage, and pre-departure routines that set the tone for the flight. Expect to handle a mix of routine and unexpected — from coffee requests to handling anxious passengers during turbulence. You’ll be prepared to act swiftly during turbulence, reroutes, and medical emergencies with full crew coordination. We’ll guide you through service excellence — offering meals, refreshments, and genuine hospitality with every interaction. You’ll gain knowledge of international routes, cross-cultural etiquette, and how to make every passenger feel welcome. We’ll introduce you to international procedures, cabin management systems, and multi-language announcements.
Basic Qualifications:
- Communicate clearly with the flight deck and cabin crew to stay updated on flight conditions.
- Bring a smile, even at 35,000 feet—your presence sets the tone for the entire journey.
- Respond to medical situations, turbulence, or passenger concerns with professionalism and care.
- Deliver announcements clearly and in multiple languages when needed.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate emergency procedures with clarity and calm.
Preferred:
- Flexible with work schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and long-haul rotations.
- Able to remain composed during emergencies and trained to follow standard safety procedures.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism is highly valued.
- Background or strong interest in aviation, travel, customer service, or hospitality.
- Understands the importance of teamwork, punctuality, and efficiency in flight operations.
Benefits:
- If you love movement, people, and adventure — this role is your runway.
- You’re more than a smiling face — you're trained, trusted, and *in charge* in the air.
- We celebrate teamwork, grace under pressure, and helping someone calm down mid-air.
- You’ll sleep in different cities and tell stories most people only read about.
- Emergency and crisis support — mental health, fatigue, and team assistance built in.
We’ll introduce you to aviation terminology, crew coordination tools, and airline-specific service standards. You’ll be trained in CPR, first aid, and how to use safety equipment like oxygen masks and emergency slides. We’ll help you build confidence through roleplay, feedback, and real flight scenarios in training cabins. We’ll guide you through real training simulations that mimic turbulence, medical events, and passenger disputes. We’ll support your transition from student to crew member with ongoing mentoring and encouragement. By the end of your traineeship, you’ll be able to handle a full flight independently, with safety, service, and a smile. Whether it’s someone’s first flight or their hundredth, you’ll be part of what makes it a safe, memorable experience. Step aboard with curiosity, kindness, and the willingness to grow — we’ll handle the altitude.
