We’re offering a Content / Music / Video Producer Trainee role for someone who loves to create and wants to learn how stories, visuals, and sound come together in professional content — no experience required, just creative energy and a willingness to learn. You’ll assist in every stage of production: from brainstorming ideas to shooting video and mixing sound. We’ll teach you how to handle every part of the production process — from planning and filming to editing and publishing. You’ll help film short-form content, set up microphones, and work with lighting for different moods and scenes. Expect to work with multiple formats — from vertical social videos to full-length podcasts or cinematic promos. You’ll use tools like Final Cut Pro, Premiere, or Ableton Live — we’ll help you get comfortable with each step. We’ll guide you through planning and storyboarding, helping you understand how content flows and hooks viewers. You’ll learn how to add music, sound design, or branding elements that bring content to life. You’ll also help repurpose content, creating cutdowns, teasers, and platform-specific versions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Adapt quickly when plans change—rain delays, tech fails, or last-minute script rewrites happen.
• Track analytics like views, retention, click-throughs, or streams to measure what’s working.
• Gather feedback and iterate quickly to improve content performance over time.
• Work hands-on with editing—video, audio, or music—if you have the chops, or guide post-production teams if not.
• Ensure all content meets visual, audio, and storytelling standards before publishing.

Preferred:

• Willing to conduct casting, location scouting, studio bookings, or gear rentals as needed.
• Proficient in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Logic Pro, Ableton, or project management platforms like Notion or Trello.
• Wants to grow into roles like Executive Producer, Creative Director, or Head of Content.
• Understands how to brief editors, musicians, or animators with clarity and constructive feedback.
• Organized with file structure, content calendars, release schedules, and version tracking.
