Description:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Notion Workspace Organizer to help optimize our digital workspace and improve team collaboration. You’ll be responsible for setting up and managing Notion workspaces, ensuring they are organized, efficient, and easy to navigate. You’ll assist in creating custom templates, databases, and task boards to streamline project management and team communication. You’ll help create and maintain custom templates for meetings, projects, and brainstorming sessions to streamline processes. You’ll maintain a clean and consistent layout, ensuring all content is easily accessible and up-to-date for everyone in the team. You’ll assist in setting up project boards, task tracking systems, and communication channels within Notion. You’ll work with different teams to integrate Notion with other productivity tools, ensuring a seamless experience. You’ll train team members on how to use Notion effectively, providing guidance and support as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• Audit existing Notion setups to remove clutter, consolidate duplicate pages, and streamline navigation across teams or use cases.
• Provide ongoing support packages if needed, offering updates, feedback, and new feature implementation as Notion evolves.
• Create dashboards, task managers, content calendars, CRMs, and knowledge bases that are intuitive and visually clean.
• Help clients feel empowered, not overwhelmed—your job is to make their tools work *for* them, not slow them down.
• Offer training or walkthroughs—via Loom videos, docs, or live calls—so users know how to use and maintain their new system.

Preferred:

• Comfortable with ongoing workspace maintenance, updates, and user support.
• Wants to grow into roles like Notion Consultant, Operations Coordinator, or Knowledge Manager.
• Stays updated on Notion feature releases, best practices, and community templates.
• Capable of explaining workspace structure to new users and creating onboarding guides.
• Familiar with database views such as tables, boards, calendars, and galleries.

You’ll collaborate with the leadership team to ensure that the Notion workspace is aligned with company objectives and strategies. You’ll stay up-to-date with new Notion features and best practices, applying them to optimize the workspace. This remote role offers flexibility, allowing you to manage Notion workspaces from anywhere while improving team operations.
