Description:

We’re hiring a Remote CRM Specialist who understands that the heart of a business is in how it manages its relationships. You’ll own the backend of our customer data operations, making sure our CRM reflects the real-world customer lifecycle. You’ll structure pipelines, tag behaviors, and make sure leads don’t fall through the cracks. Your job is part architect, part analyst, and part problem-solver — and you love wearing all three hats. You’ll clean messy data, merge duplicates, and establish naming conventions that make sense for everyone. You’ll create custom dashboards, tag systems, and workflows that help teams work with clarity and efficiency. You’ll work with marketing to map journeys, with sales to streamline outreach, and with support to close feedback loops. You’ll troubleshoot integration issues, fine-tune email logic, and test flows before they ever go live. You’ll monitor the health of our CRM daily — spotting bad data, broken automations, and missed opportunities before they cost us.

Basic Qualifications:

• Make sure the CRM isn’t just a database—it’s a powerful engine for better relationships, smarter decisions, and sustainable growth.
• Document processes, automation logic, and naming conventions to keep the CRM setup scalable and team-friendly.
• Maintain a clean and user-friendly interface so the CRM doesn’t become overwhelming or bloated over time.
• Help test new CRM features, workflows, or automation rules before company-wide rollout.
• Support GDPR, CCPA, or other compliance efforts by managing data access, consent, and deletion workflows inside the CRM.

Preferred:

• Understands GDPR compliance, data privacy, and responsible contact management.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
• Understands how CRM supports sales funnels, customer success, and team alignment.
• Capable of translating team needs into CRM workflows that save time and reduce friction.
• Willing to audit existing CRM structures and recommend improvements.

You’re comfortable in a fully remote setup and know how to stay visible and collaborative with async tools.
