Description:

We’re looking for a Kindergarten Teacher Trainee — no experience needed, just patience, warmth, and a genuine love for helping children grow. You don’t need prior teaching experience — just patience, responsibility, and a willingness to grow as a role model for young children. We’ll show you how to guide children through daily routines, encourage positive behavior, and handle little challenges with calm and care. You’ll learn how to lead songs, read aloud with energy, organize play-based activities, and support early learning. We’ll train you in everything from daily routines to conflict resolution, from play-based learning to child safety standards. You’ll be trained in classroom management, child safety, hygiene procedures, and how to support learning through play. Expect to read stories aloud, build with blocks, tie shoelaces, and offer steady reassurance when emotions run high. You’ll observe how experienced teachers plan lessons, resolve conflicts gently, and nurture each child as an individual. Children will look to you not just for help, but for example — and you’ll grow into that responsibility over time.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support each child’s emotional needs with patience, kindness, and gentle guidance.
• Keep the classroom tidy, organized, and stocked with learning materials.
• Identify and respond to signs of developmental delays or emotional struggles.
• Create a calm environment where children can self-regulate and focus.
• Ensure all activities meet health, safety, and learning standards.

Preferred:

• Pays close attention to each child’s unique learning style, needs, and developmental milestones.
• Wants to grow into roles like Head Teacher, Preschool Director, or Curriculum Developer.
• Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and fellow educators effectively.
• Background or formal education in early childhood education, child psychology, or pedagogy.
• Willing to attend trainings, workshops, or staff meetings to support professional growth.
