Description:

We’re hiring an Online Chat Moderator who knows how to keep digital spaces respectful, positive, and on-brand. You’ll be responsible for monitoring live chats, comment threads, and community forums, making sure our space stays free from spam, hate speech, and off-topic chaos. Your job isn’t just to silence negativity — it’s to help foster a space where real conversations can happen. You’ll act as the eyes and ears of our community, catching inappropriate content, flagging recurring issues, and ensuring our guidelines are consistently followed. Whether it's chatrooms, livestreams, or comment sections, you'll be a steady, helpful presence. You’ll work closely with the content and support teams to escalate issues, track recurring problems, and suggest improvements to our moderation systems.

Basic Qualifications:

• Spot emerging patterns like common questions or recurring complaints and report them for improvements.
• Collaborate with other moderators to provide around-the-clock coverage in different time zones.
• Use judgment—some situations call for strict enforcement, others for empathy and conversation.
• Engage with users in a friendly, professional tone to encourage positive interactions and answer basic questions.
• Help develop or refine moderation guidelines based on evolving community needs.

• Excited to contribute to a positive, well-moderated online environment.
• Open to training on conflict resolution and platform-specific moderation rules.
• Curious about how digital communities grow and how to protect them.
• Enjoys helping others, resolving misunderstandings, and promoting positive interaction.
• Eager to build experience in a digital support or moderation role.
