Description:

We’re on the lookout for a remote Etsy Shop Manager who understands the blend of creativity, commerce, and customer care that drives success on the platform. You’ll take full ownership of the shop’s daily operations — from uploading new items to ensuring customers get what they ordered on time. You have a natural feel for what sells online and can write product descriptions that spark interest and convert views into sales. You know how to work with Etsy’s algorithm, from using high-impact tags to crafting titles that rank and convert. You’ll handle shipping updates, stock levels, and coordinate with makers or suppliers when inventory runs low. You’ll optimize product listings using Etsy SEO best practices and track performance through the platform’s analytics. You’ll reply to customer messages with empathy and professionalism, turning even the smallest complaint into a great experience. You’ll also work closely with our production or design team to ensure accurate listings and timely updates. You’ll collaborate with creators or suppliers to coordinate inventory, photoshoots, or product launches.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate with freelancers or virtual assistants if the shop scales and workload increases.
• Experiment with A/B testing for listing formats, pricing, or tags to improve product performance.
• Maintain a tidy digital workspace with clean file storage, templates, and product assets ready to duplicate or adapt.
• Coordinate with external tools or integrations (e.g., Printify, Canva, Marmalead, EverBee) to streamline operations.
• Handle customer service with professionalism and care—answer questions, resolve complaints, and build strong relationships with buyers.

Preferred:

• Organized and dependable with task tracking, inventory checks, and schedule planning.
• Has experience tracking analytics like visits, conversion rate, and revenue trends.
• Understands the importance of keywords, categories, and market trends for visibility.
• Values great customer service, product presentation, and building loyal buyers.
• Comfortable using Etsy’s dashboard and seller tools for tracking performance and inventory.
