We’ll show you how to work within tight schedules, follow flight protocols, and support your team with clear communication. You’ll gain knowledge of international routes, cross-cultural etiquette, and how to make every passenger feel welcome. We’ll teach you international service etiquette, brand standards, and how to adapt your tone for different passenger profiles.

Basic Qualifications:

• Follow airline protocols for service, hygiene, and emergency preparedness at all times.
• Support elderly, disabled, or nervous passengers to ensure they feel safe and comfortable.
• Communicate clearly with the flight deck and cabin crew to stay updated on flight conditions.
• Support your team—crew coordination is crucial for a safe and efficient flight.
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate emergency procedures with clarity and calm.

Preferred:

• Capable of performing pre-flight checks, preparing the cabin, and completing detailed reports post-flight.
• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Cabin Crew, Purser, or Inflight Service Manager.
• Organized in managing passenger lists, special service requests, and in-flight inventory.
• Familiar with cabin safety protocols, emergency equipment, and first aid response.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus for international routes.
