Description:

We’re looking for a Lawyer Trainee who’s ready to dive into the world of legal work and learn what it takes to become a trusted legal professional — no experience needed, just strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. You’ll work alongside experienced lawyers, assisting with legal research, drafting internal notes, and preparing supporting documents for real cases. We’ll teach you how to structure arguments clearly, spot inconsistencies, and maintain precision in legal writing. You’ll help prepare case materials, organize deadlines, and ensure that all filings and references are up to date. Expect to work with lawyers across different practice areas such as corporate, employment, or intellectual property law. You’ll assist in due diligence, help review transaction documents, and observe how negotiations unfold. We’ll introduce you to legal project management tools, filing systems, and how to work within deadlines and confidentiality boundaries. You’ll learn how to create legal memos, support client communication, and double-check compliance procedures. We’ll show you how lawyers communicate clearly, ethically, and confidently with both clients and internal teams.

Basic Qualifications:

• Handle disputes through mediation or arbitration when possible to avoid lengthy litigation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with precision.
• Supervise or mentor junior staff, paralegals, or interns when applicable.
• Represent clients in court, hearings, or negotiations—calmly and confidently.
• Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed and reassured about case progress.

Preferred:

• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Counsel, Legal Advisor, Partner, or In-House Counsel.
• Comfortable working across jurisdictions or with international legal frameworks when required.
• Enjoys solving complex legal problems and advocating for justice or business outcomes.
• Comfortable preparing legal briefs, pleadings, and internal memos for litigation or advisory work.
• Capable of advising individuals or businesses on rights, obligations, and strategic decisions.
