Description:

We’re looking for a Remote Sales Representative who knows how to build relationships, not just close deals. You’re the kind of person who can read between the lines on a Zoom call, turn a “maybe later” into a “let’s do it,” and follow up without being pushy. You’re not just focused on closing the deal — you’re focused on doing it the *right* way: with trust, clarity, and genuine human connection. Working remotely, you’ll manage your own schedule, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and maintain a healthy pipeline with discipline and drive. You know how to listen actively, read signals (even over email), and build trust quickly. You’ll collaborate with marketing to optimize inbound leads and with product teams to keep your pitch aligned with real capabilities. You’re comfortable setting and exceeding targets, but you don’t let numbers get in the way of being a good human. Flawless.

Basic Qualifications:

• Be persistent but respectful—follow-up is an art, not a spam button.
• Use digital tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Loom, Notion, etc.) efficiently to keep communication tight.
• Work closely with team leads to refine your pitch, scripts, and objection-handling techniques.
• Share tips, tools, and resources with the team—sales is competitive, but collaboration wins more.
• Attend remote team check-ins, training sessions, and async updates to stay aligned.

Preferred:

• Enjoys learning about client pain points and positioning offers that match.
• Background or interest in business, communication, marketing, or entrepreneurship.
• Understands the importance of consultative selling and providing real solutions.
• Open to using automation tools to manage outreach while maintaining authenticity.
• Understands basic sales funnels and how to move prospects toward conversion.
