Description:

We’re offering an HR Specialist (Recruiter) Trainee position for someone who’s excited to help people find the right jobs — and help teams grow with the right people. You’ll help craft job postings that are clear, inclusive, and aligned with team needs. We’ll teach you how to navigate the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing to interview to offer. You’ll help schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure a smooth experience from first contact to final offer. Expect to take part in candidate communication — from first contact to final offer — ensuring a smooth experience throughout. You’ll get familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR tools, and databases used to manage recruiting workflows. You’ll help draft outreach messages, follow-up emails, and internal hiring updates with clarity and professionalism. You’ll also assist with employer branding efforts — like writing LinkedIn posts or preparing culture decks. We’ll guide you through creating great candidate experiences, even when you’re sending a rejection.

Basic Qualifications:

• Keep an eye on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.
• Adapt to urgent hiring needs or shifting priorities without losing your cool.
• Refine processes to reduce time-to-hire and improve candidate quality.
• Build talent pipelines for frequently hired or hard-to-fill roles in advance.
• Use ATS tools to organize applications, track progress, and maintain data integrity.

Preferred:

• Understands how to use Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards effectively.
• Willing to support internal HR initiatives such as employer branding or onboarding programs.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Able to write clear and engaging job descriptions aligned with company values and hiring goals.
