Description:

We’re hiring a Discord Server Designer who can transform a blank canvas into a vibrant, active community hub. You’ll be the mastermind behind the server’s structure, making sure it’s intuitive, engaging, and easy for everyone to navigate. Your creativity will shine through in custom channel layouts, user roles, and graphics that make the server feel alive and welcoming. You’ll create custom server graphics, including banners, icons, and other visual elements to enhance the community vibe. You’ll design features that keep the server active and interactive, such as events, polls, and custom bot commands. You’ll ensure that each server section has a clear purpose and intuitive navigation for seamless user experience. You’ll collaborate with moderators and community managers to keep the space organized and safe for everyone. You’ll help automate repetitive tasks with bots and integrations, improving the overall flow and ease of server management. You’ll stay up-to-date with Discord’s latest features and experiment with new ways to improve engagement and interactivity.

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain a tidy admin panel and file structure—organized configs make future edits easier and safer.
• Optimize for mobile and desktop users alike—test layout visibility and UX across devices.
• Configure automation tools and bot integrations for moderation, announcements, leveling systems, or custom commands.
• Create rules, FAQs, and pinned resources in a clear and welcoming tone that fits the community’s personality.
• Balance aesthetics and functionality—don’t over-design or overload with unnecessary bots or channels.

Preferred:

• Open to improving the server structure based on user feedback and analytics.
• Familiar with using third-party integrations like Zapier, Tally forms, or webhook systems.
• Excited to grow into roles like Community Architect, Server Strategist, or Discord Consultant.
• Enjoys creating digital spaces that are engaging, inclusive, and easy to navigate.
• Has designed servers with tiered access, member verifications, or gated communities.
