Description:

We’re looking for a motivated and caring Elementary School Teacher Trainee ready to learn what it truly means to guide young minds. You don’t need prior teaching experience — just patience, curiosity, and a true love for working with kids. From day one, you’ll support young students with hands-on help during lessons, activities, and transitions throughout the school day. You’ll assist with group activities, games, and interactive lessons that make core subjects feel fun and accessible. Whether helping tie shoelaces, sharpen pencils, or calm nerves before a quiz, you’ll be there — quietly building trust. You’ll get hands-on experience working with children who learn at different paces and come from diverse backgrounds. You’ll help create a classroom environment where every child feels safe, respected, and excited to learn. You’ll practice giving clear instructions, using a calm tone, and adapting your communication to meet different needs. You’ll observe how experienced teachers manage conflict, encourage shy students, and keep the whole class engaged with kindness and clarity.

Basic Qualifications:

• Encourage curiosity, collaboration, and kindness inside and outside the classroom.
• Prepare classroom materials, visuals, and activities in advance to keep each day structured and smooth.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to help students grow academically and emotionally.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels safe, respected, and valued.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about student achievements, concerns, and milestones.

Preferred:

• Background or passion in primary education, literacy, early childhood development, or pedagogy.
• Certified or licensed teacher with a background in elementary education, child development, or a related field.
• Able to create engaging, inclusive, and structured classroom environments that support learning and curiosity.
• Thrives in energetic, creative classrooms where every day brings new opportunities to teach and grow.
• Willing to collaborate with support staff, special education teachers, or counselors for student success.
