Description:

We’re looking for a skilled and strategic SEO Specialist to join our team and help improve our online visibility and rankings. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing effective SEO strategies that drive organic traffic to the website. You’ll conduct keyword research to identify valuable search terms and create targeted content strategies for organic growth. You’ll optimize website content, meta tags, and images to ensure all pages are search engine friendly. You’ll assist with off-site SEO, including link building, outreach, and other strategies to boost website authority and backlinks. You’ll analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other SEO tools, tracking key metrics and improving conversion rates. You’ll perform on-page and off-page SEO, including link building, content optimization, and technical SEO audits. You’ll collaborate with the content team to ensure that all written content is SEO-optimized, targeting high-converting keywords. You’ll stay informed about search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure strategies remain effective and up to date.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ultimately, drive sustainable, meaningful traffic growth by helping great content get found by the right people.
• Test and refine SEO hypotheses through A/B testing of meta elements, content layouts, or keyword targeting approaches.
• Stay updated with algorithm changes and SEO trends to ensure strategies stay effective and compliant with Google’s guidelines.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies through guest posts, outreach, directories, and digital PR efforts.
• Adapt strategies based on results—what worked last year might not work next quarter.

Preferred:

• Stays updated with Google algorithm changes and evolving search trends.
• Background or interest in digital marketing, content strategy, or web development.
• Experience conducting keyword research using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest.
