We’re searching for a Remote Influencer Outreach Specialist who knows that behind every great campaign is a great relationship. You’ll identify and connect with influencers who genuinely align with our brand’s message and vision. Your role is all about personalized, meaningful outreach that feels authentic and not sales-y. You’ll research influencers carefully, making sure their content, tone, and audience align with our mission. You’ll manage a dynamic pipeline of prospects, maintaining clear records of each conversation and follow-up. You’ll track and manage outreach campaigns from start to finish, ensuring every relationship is nurtured. You’ll negotiate collaboration terms, brief influencers on campaign expectations, and ensure smooth execution from start to finish. You’ll negotiate partnership terms, create content briefs, and ensure deliverables are met on time. You’ll track performance metrics for each collaboration and help us learn what truly drives engagement and conversions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Respond to influencer questions quickly and clearly—setting expectations around timelines, content formats, and approvals.
- Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies, creative angles, or niche opportunities—your input matters.
- Work with marketing teams to align influencer efforts with broader campaign goals, launches, or seasonal pushes.
- Use tools like Upfluence, CreatorIQ, HypeAuditor, or even Airtable + Gmail to streamline your workflow.
- Draft outreach templates, follow-up sequences, and FAQs that save time without sacrificing personalization.
Preferred:
- Understands how to identify influencers that align with brand values and target audience.
- Knows how to research influencers based on niche, engagement rate, and follower quality.
- Comfortable using tools like Upfluence, HypeAuditor, or manual Instagram/TikTok search.
- Can handle follow-ups, reminders, and scheduling promotional content timelines.
- Can help develop influencer briefs and ensure campaign guidelines are followed.
