Description:

We’re looking for an Etsy Shop Manager who’s as comfortable editing product listings as they are analyzing conversion data. You’ll be responsible for everything from product listings to customer service, ensuring the shop looks sharp and runs smoothly. You’ll write persuasive, well-formatted descriptions that highlight product benefits and tell a cohesive brand story. You know how to work with Etsy’s algorithm, from using high-impact tags to crafting titles that rank and convert. You’re comfortable analyzing Etsy analytics and turning numbers into actions that grow revenue and engagement. You’ll research keywords, update tags, and constantly refine listings to keep up with trends and algorithm changes. You’ll run periodic audits to ensure listings, prices, photos, and policies stay current and competitive. You’re not just keeping the shop open — you’re making it thrive, one thoughtful decision at a time. Your organizational skills keep everything running behind the scenes, from inventory to restock alerts.

Basic Qualifications:

• Research competitors and successful shops to stay ahead of trends and identify opportunities to improve visibility and conversions.
• Coordinate production or delivery (if physical goods), or manage digital downloads to ensure smooth, accurate delivery.
• Keep an eye on inventory or file delivery issues and fix anything before it impacts customer experience.
• Manage shop branding, including visuals, policies, announcements, and the “About” section, to reflect a consistent and trustworthy image.
• Coordinate with external tools or integrations (e.g., Printify, Canva, Marmalead, EverBee) to streamline operations.

Preferred:

• Able to schedule new listings, run promotions, or use coupons to boost sales.
• Understands how to list products effectively with appealing photos and clear details.
• Pays close attention to shop aesthetics and brand consistency across listings.
• Enjoys working independently and making data-driven decisions to grow the shop.
• Comfortable using tools like Canva, Lightroom, or Photoshop for product imagery.
