You thrive in the space between design and development — taking static mockups and transforming them into dynamic, responsive, and conversion-focused websites. You know how to take a static Figma file and turn it into a fully responsive, high-performing Webflow site that works flawlessly across devices. You collaborate well with designers and understand how to translate Figma or Adobe XD files into precise builds — not just visually accurate, but functionally excellent. Whether you’re working from Figma files, wireframes, or a napkin sketch, you can take an idea and turn it into a production-ready site that feels thoughtful and polished. You care about performance, accessibility, SEO fundamentals, and page speed — all the little things that turn a good site into a great one. You’re comfortable working independently, but you also shine when collaborating with designers, marketers, and content strategists.

Basic Qualifications:

• Implement interactions, animations, and CMS structures using Webflow's native tools to enhance UX without bloating performance.
• Maintain and update existing Webflow projects, making sure everything stays clean, scalable, and easy to edit.
• Support QA, staging, and deployment processes to ensure launches go smoothly and without surprises.
• Create modular design systems inside Webflow—components, style guides, and reusable classes that make the site easy to scale.
• Advise non-technical stakeholders on what's possible, what’s not, and how to get there within budget.

Preferred:

• Can build reusable components and style systems for scalable projects.
• Excited to work remotely on creative, fast-paced projects with global teams.
• Pays attention to detail and ensures consistency in typography, color, and spacing.
• Familiar with using custom code blocks (HTML, CSS, JS) when needed.
• Background or interest in front-end development, design systems, or product design.
