We’re seeking a Remote CRM Specialist who can bring order, structure, and intelligence to our customer data ecosystem. You’ll manage our CRM system with precision, ensuring the right data reaches the right people at the right time. Your mission is to keep our sales and support teams informed, aligned, and running like clockwork. You understand that great CRM isn’t just about software — it’s about helping people make better, faster decisions. You know how to translate business goals into workflows, filters, and reports that actually make sense. You’ll build and maintain data pipelines, segment audiences, and optimize lead flows with precision. Basic Qualifications:

• Track lifecycle journeys and suggest ways to improve customer experience based on engagement data.
• Maintain a clean and user-friendly interface so the CRM doesn’t become overwhelming or bloated over time.
• Support GDPR, CCPA, or other compliance efforts by managing data access, consent, and deletion workflows inside the CRM.
• Segment leads and customers based on behavior, demographics, or lifecycle stage to support personalized outreach and campaigns.
• Support marketing efforts by managing contact lists, tags, and segmentation for email and ad campaigns.

Preferred:

• Comfortable collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams remotely.
• Enjoys making systems more efficient and scalable through smart configuration.
• Curious about user behavior and how to improve lifecycle and retention using CRM tools.
• Understands how CRM supports sales funnels, customer success, and team alignment.
• Familiar with segmentation, tagging, and filtering contacts for targeted outreach.
