Description:

We’re looking for a Courier Intern who’s ready to navigate the city with confidence, delivering small packages on foot, bike, or scooter with speed and care. You’ll start by shadowing experienced couriers to learn optimal routes, safe driving or riding practices, and customer service basics. You’ll assist with picking up deliveries from central hubs or restaurants and ensuring everything is correct before heading out. You’ll be trained to use route apps and delivery platforms to track orders and mark successful drop-offs. You’ll help maintain delivery logs, update transport records, and confirm hand-offs with clear signatures and documentation. You’ll receive guidance on maintaining your vehicle — from pre-trip inspections to post-trip checks and cleanliness. You’ll help maintain proper handling of sensitive materials — including sealed envelopes, signed forms, and ID-protected items. You’ll learn to handle customer interactions politely — whether delivering to a receptionist, security gate, or private residence. You’ll learn to stay calm and solution-focused during delays, breakdowns, or changes in delivery timing.

Basic Qualifications:

• Adapt quickly to weather conditions, traffic detours, or last-minute delivery changes.
• Keep delivery logs updated and submit paperwork or electronic forms at the end of each shift.
• Maintain a neat, presentable appearance—you're a representative of the company on every stop.
• Take pride in completing your route with accuracy, care, and a sense of responsibility.
• Verify addresses, contact information, and special instructions before each stop.

Preferred:

• Able to navigate apartment buildings, office complexes, or rural addresses confidently.
• Values punctuality, responsibility, and efficiency when handling each delivery.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments where speed, service, and reliability are essential.
• Understands safety practices for road use, parking, weather conditions, and personal security.
• Valid driver’s license (or bicycle/motorcycle license) and a good driving record.
