Description:
We’re hiring a Factory Operator to join our 24/7 production facility — perfect for someone who’s reliable, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a rotating shift environment. You’ll operate machinery in accordance with daily production plans, adjusting settings as needed to maintain quality and efficiency. You’ll be responsible for loading raw ingredients, monitoring batching systems, and ensuring proper portion control. You’ll be responsible for starting, stopping, and cleaning machines during product changes or shift transitions. You’ll follow strict hygiene protocols — washing hands regularly, wearing PPE, and avoiding contamination at all times. You’ll log data such as quantities produced, materials used, and any downtimes or mechanical concerns during your shift. You’ll record production data, downtime, and any irregularities in digital or paper logs according to company policy. You’ll document material usage, scrap, and output volume for production tracking and compliance records. You’ll coordinate with maintenance staff to report mechanical issues and assist in minor troubleshooting or resets.
Basic Qualifications:
- Operate machinery and equipment according to safety protocols and production guidelines.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and maintenance teams about equipment problems.
- Conduct visual inspections of products for defects, damage, or irregularities before approval.
- Be flexible with rotating shifts, overtime, or weekend work during peak production periods.
- Attend safety briefings, team meetings, or training sessions as required by management.
Preferred:
- Familiar with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished goods for shipping or storage.
- Familiar with operating, monitoring, and adjusting machinery to maintain consistent production output.
- Comfortable handling raw materials, loading/unloading equipment, and performing quality checks.
- Able to spot irregularities, product defects, or unsafe conditions quickly and take appropriate action.
- Able to follow technical instructions, blueprints, or standard operating procedures (SOPs) with accuracy.
Benefits:
- A hands-on job with real impact — you’ll see the results of your work every day as products are made and shipped.
- Work that challenges you — no two days are the same, and you’ll face new production goals and challenges.
- Opportunity to make a real difference — you’re part of the backbone of the manufacturing process, and your role matters.
- Competitive pay — your role in the production process is valued and fairly compensated.
- Work in a safe and organized environment — we provide the tools, equipment, and training needed to keep you safe on the job.
You’ll help resolve minor mechanical jams and notify maintenance teams of any equipment concerns. You’ll work closely with shift leads and quality control teams to meet output targets and reduce material waste. You’ll assist with sorting, stacking, or bundling metal parts for transport or final packaging. You’ll attend regular safety briefings, team huddles, and training updates to stay aligned with operational standards. You’ll follow all safety regulations, wearing PPE, locking out equipment when required, and keeping your station hazard-free. You’ll be expected to stand, move, and focus for long shifts — often around moving parts and loud environments. Prior experience in factory operations is preferred, along with comfort using touchscreens, control panels, or simple diagnostic tools. If you take pride in precision, consistency, and running equipment that builds something real, we’re ready to welcome you to the line. If you're ready to keep production moving, meet goals, and support your team, we’re ready to have you on the floor.
